Joe opened the agency on May 1, 1975. He graduated with a masters in social work from The University of Connecticut School of Social Work in 1968. Joe is certified as a national alcohol and drug counselor, employee assistance professional, substance abuse counselor, clinical supervisor and therapist in private practice.

Crystal started at FIC as an intern in 2016. She continued as a fee for service clinician after graduating with her masters degree from the University of Southern California in December of 2016. She took over as the office manager in 2021.

Eddie started with FIC in April 2014 as a substance use disorder clinician. He attended the accelerated DARC program at Manchester Community College. He has been a certified alcohol and drug counselor since 2008.

Mandy started with FIC in 1996. She has her associates degree in social work and human services from Naugatuck Valley Community college. She runs our Project Hope outreach
